Five Wrestlers Named Academic All-State

Five RHS wrestlers have been named Academic All-State in 2014.  The number is the most in the history of the RHS program.  Named to the first team were seniors Ben Horban and Tyler Downhour and junior Justin Schroder.  Honorable mention honors went to senior Braxton Lee and junior John Hunting.

Both the girls and boys swim teams defeated Tippecanoe Valley last night  The boys won 121-44; while the girls prevailed 138-46. The boys won every event. Towne Name Freshman All-American by MaxPreps

Rochester High School’s Hannah Towne has been recognized as a Freshman All-American by Ma Preps. RHS Wins McKee Invite

A superlative team effort led the RHS wrestling team to its first championship at the John McKee Memorial Invite since 2005.  It is the school’s first championship since the tournament adopted a 16-team format.
